This policy explains how Future Web (Pty) Ltd, trading as WEBINK (“we”, “us”), processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). We are the responsible party for information collected through www.webink.agency.

Information we collect

Information you give us — when you send an enquiry: your name, email address, phone number, company, indicative budget and your message.
Information collected automatically — through cookies and Google Analytics: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and how you arrived at the site. See our cookie policy.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, provide and improve our services, understand how our website is used and, where you have agreed, send you relevant updates. We process it on the basis of your consent, to take steps at your request before entering a contract, or for our legitimate interests in running and improving our business.

Sharing and operators

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with operators who help us run the business — such as our website host, email provider and analytics provider — under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. Some of these providers (for example Google) may process information outside South Africa; where they do, we rely on providers bound by data-protection standards that offer adequate protection, as POPIA requires.

AI tools

We use AI tools in our work under strict guardrails. We do not put personal information from enquiries into AI tools that could use it to train public models. Read our responsible AI commitments.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires, and we protect it with reasonable technical and organisational measures, including access control.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask whether we hold your personal information and request access to it; ask us to correct or delete it; object to its processing; and withdraw consent to direct marketing at any time. Email info@webink.agency to exercise these rights.
